My name is Jess. I am 25 years old and still haven't outgrown being a punk. I was a late bloomer to coming out, I didn't realize I was a queerling until I was 22. Better late than never, right? I play the guitar, I make art, and I write zines. Some of my favorite bands are: Team Dresch, X-Ray Spex, and the Plasmatics. Wendy O. Williams is one of my heroes! If you don't know who she is, you should. She was the one who sledge hammer t.v.'s, blew up cars on stage, and performed in only shaving cream. She was pretty awesome. There's a cool youtube video of her http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q401R0JtuFw.
I'm Tessa. I'm 20 and I'm in college studying music and technology. I play guitar in a band called Death Row Riot. I'm very political and it shows in my music. I consider myself to be pansexual because I think gender is just as important as race in a relationship (in other words, not at all). I've been a punk since I was about 13 and I started questioning my sexuality when I was about 15. I listen to all kinds of punk, whether it be crust or ska or anything in between. I tend to be pretty open-minded about a lot and I like meeting new people.
hey. I'm Zach. I'm 18 and I live in Nevada. I was born and raised in Florida and I moved here a few months ago. I identified as bisexual since I was about 15 or 16, but now I consider myself pansexual and genderqueer as well. I first got into punk because of my sister and I'm still grateful for it. I was politicized by bands like Aus-Rotten, The Devil is Electric, the more political folk punk stuff and Dead Prez (punk and hip-hop are right next to each other in my heart). since then, I've gotten into a lot of crust, D-beat, Grind, and death metal, and I've discovered a ton of cool hip-hop.
I like bikes, being active, making art, fixing things, and learning. I plan to become a certified bike mechanic next year, and I'm working on putting out a poetry zine.
I hate putting labels on things like this because they're often more complicated-that's why I prefer using "queer" as an umbrella term.
I'm a DJ, artist & local politician for the green party in the Netherlands. Organise an underground queerparty in Utrecht & sometimes also in Amsterdam & Berlin. Been active in the squatscene here in the 90's. Been in the citycouncil since 2006. Love music, wine, photography, sideburns & good veggie food.
Live on an old cargoship with my boyfriend, 2 cats & 3 chicken in the garden.

Hey, I'm Ari. 21 and a Film major. I write, skate, and help my gf with her website. I just got into punk music seriously a few years ago when I started seeing my gf. I like the politics and the philosophy behind the music. I've since really gotten into Rocksteady and some prominent Homocore bands. Unfortunately, I don't know many other queer punks since all the other lbtq people I've met have been more into consumerism and stereotypes than anything else.
Hey I'm Becca. 21 yrs old originally from Boston, MA. Currently a junior at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY (about 45 minutes from NYC). Studying Poli Sci and English. I consider myself a radical queer and strongly against assimilation. I hoping to find other queers who share this vision. Just got out of an awful relationship and I'm searching for the positive. I love sharing ideas and I am always open to something new! Come talk! :)
